Last updated on September 25, 2022 @ 12:08 pm

Azure Classic is a public cloud service that provides compute, storage, and networking services for applications and services running on Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10. Azure Classic is built on Microsoft’s public cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.

Azure Classic is also compatible with Azure Active Directory Authentication and Authorization Services (ADAMS) for user management and security.

PRO TIP: Azure Classic is a cloud computing service from Microsoft that provides virtual machines, cloud services, storage, and networking. Classic Azure is being phased out and replaced by Azure Resource Manager.

Azure Classic provides the same functionality as Azure, including the ability to deploy and manage applications, services, and devices using the same tools and skills you already use. Azure Classic is priced at a fraction of the cost of Azure, making it a great option for small to medium businesses (SMBs) that don’t need all the features offered by Azure.

Azure Classic is a great option for businesses that need the simplicity and lower cost of Azure, but don’t need all the features offered by Azure.
