How Do I Find Similar Fonts on Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 2:35 pm

There are a few different ways that you can find similar fonts on Canva. The first way is to use the search function.

Simply type in the name of the font that you’re looking for, and then click on the “Search” button. This will bring up a list of all the fonts that are similar to the one you searched for.

Another way to find similar fonts is to browse through the different categories. Canva has a few different categories that you can choose from, such as “Script,” “Serif,” and “Sans Serif.” Once you’ve found a category that you think might have the kind of font you’re looking for, simply click on it and a new page will load with all of the fonts in that category.

PRO TIP: When searching for similar fonts on Canva, be aware that the results may not be 100% accurate. The search engine relies on a number of factors to determine which fonts are similar, so it’s possible that some fonts may be missed. If you’re not sure about a font, it’s always best to double-check before using it in your design.

If you’re still having trouble finding a font that you like, another option is to use Canva’s “Advanced Search” feature. This allows you to search for fonts based on certain criteria, such as the number of styles, character set, and so on. Once you’ve selected your criteria, simply click on the “Search” button and a new page will load with all of the fonts that match your criteria.

Finally, if you know the name of the font but can’t find it anywhere on Canva, try contacting customer support. They may be able to help you locate the font or suggest a similar one.

Finding similar fonts on Canva doesn’t have to be difficult. By using the search function, browsing through categories, or using the advanced search feature, you should be able to find what you’re looking for in no time at all.
