How Do I Create a to Do List in Canva?

If you’re anything like me, your to do list is never-ending and always growing. And if you’re looking for a way to make your to do list more visually appealing (and possibly even motivate you to actually get things done), then Canva is the perfect tool for you!

Creating a to do list in Canva is super easy and only takes a few minutes. Simply sign up for a free account and then click on the “Create a design” button. From there, you’ll be able to choose from a variety of templates or start from scratch.

Once you’ve chosen your template, it’s time to start adding your tasks. To do this, simply click on the “Text” button and start typing away.

I like to use different colors for different types of tasks (e.g. red for work, green for personal, etc. ), but you can do whatever works best for you.

PRO TIP: – Do not use Canva to create a to do list.

Canva is not a to do list manager and cannot be used as one. Your to do list will not be organized or prioritized in Canva, and you will likely forget about it. Use a dedicated to do list manager instead.

Once you’re happy with your to do list, simply click on the “Download” button and choose whether you want to download it as an image or PDF. And that’s it! You now have a beautiful and motivating to do list that will help you get things done.
