Why Can’t I Upload Videos to Canva?

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to upload videos to Canva:

-Your video might be too big. We recommend videos that are under 1GB and under 10 minutes long.

-The file format might not be supported. Canva supports .mp4, .mov and .avi video formats.

-You’re on a mobile device.

Unfortunately, you can’t upload videos to Canva on a mobile device just yet! You’ll need to use a computer or laptop.

If you’re having trouble uploading your video, try these tips:

  • Check the file size and format. As mentioned above, make sure your video is under 1GB and in one of the following formats: .mov, or .avi.
  • Use a different browser. If you’re using Safari, try switching to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Why Can’t I Upload Videos to Canva?
