When it comes to creating a PowerPoint presentation, Canva is a great option. With Canva, you can create a professional-looking presentation without having to be a design expert.

Plus, Canva’s easy-to-use tools make creating a presentation quick and easy. Here’s how to create a PowerPoint using Canva.

Step One: Create a New Presentation

To get started, log in to your Canva account and click on the “Create a design” button. From the options that appear, select “PowerPoint Presentation.”

    Step Two: Choose a Template

Once you’ve selected “PowerPoint Presentation,” you’ll be taken to a page with various templates to choose from. Scroll through the options and select the template that best fits your presentation.

    Step Three: Edit the Template

Once you’ve selected a template, it’s time to start editing. To do this, click on the template and then click on the “Edit” button in the top-right corner. This will take you to Canva’s editing platform.

PRO TIP: Canva is a great way to make a PowerPoint, but there are some things you should know before using it. First, be aware that Canva may change the format of your PowerPoint when you upload it. This can cause problems with formatting and/or compatibility. Also, be sure to save your PowerPoint as a PDF before uploading to Canva, as this will help preserve the quality of your presentation.

On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see a toolbar with various elements that you can add to your presentation.
To add an element, simply drag and drop it onto your slide. To edit an element, click on it and then make your changes in the toolbar that appears.

Tip: Don’t forget to add transitions between your slides! To do this, click on the “Transitions” tab in the toolbar on the left.

Step Four: Download or Share Your Presentation.

Click on File > Download > PowerPoint file (pptx) or Share > Email > Send Now.
