How Do Canva Contributors Get Paid?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 5:26 pm

As a Canva Contributor, you can earn money in two ways: through Canva’s revenue share program, or by selling your designs outright.

Canva’s revenue share program is a great way to make some extra cash while you build your portfolio and gain exposure. When one of your designs is purchased, you’ll receive a percentage of the sale price.

The amount you earn varies depending on the type of product sold and the price point. For example, you’ll earn more for a design that’s used on a printed mug than a digital download.

If you’d like to sell your designs outright, you can set your own prices and keep 100% of the profits. To do this, simply go to the “Sell designs” tab in your Contributor Dashboard and upload the designs you’d like to sell. Once your design is approved, it will be available for purchase in the Canva Marketplace.

How much can I earn as a Canva Contributor?

The amount you can earn as a Canva Contributor depends on how you choose to sell your designs. If you participate in Canva’s revenue share program, you’ll earn a percentage of the sale price whenever one of your designs is purchased. If you sell your designs outright, you can set your own prices and keep 100% of the profits.

How do I get paid?

Canva Contributors are paid via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account in order to receive payment for your sales.

To withdraw your earnings, simply go to the “Withdraw earnings” tab in your Contributor Dashboard and select PayPal as your withdrawal method. You can then enter the amount you’d like to withdraw and submit the request. Your earnings will be transferred to your PayPal account within 5-7 business days.

As a Canva Contributor, you can make money in two ways – through Canva’s revenue share program or by selling outright! The revenue share program is great for those just starting out because it allows you to build up your portfolio and gain exposure while still earning some cash.

And if you’d rather sell outright, then you get to keep 100% of the profits! To get started, simply go to the “Sell designs” tab in your Contributor Dashboard and upload the designs you want to sell – it’s that easy!

PRO TIP: Canva Contributors should be aware that they may not get paid for their work. Canva is a free online platform that allows users to create graphic designs and illustrations. Contributors can upload their designs and illustrations to the Canva library in exchange for a credit. However, they may not receive any compensation if their designs are used by Canva users.
