Here’s how to erase something from a photo using Canva:
PRO TIP: If you are planning on erasing something from a photo in Canva, be aware that this may result in the loss of some image quality. Additionally, it is important to make sure that the area you are erasing is well-defined, or else you may end up with an unwanted result.
- Upload your image into the Canva editor. You can upload an image from your computer, or select one from our library of over 1 million stock photos.
- Click on “Elements” in the left sidebar and then select the “Eraser” tool.
- Click and drag the eraser tool over the element you want to remove. As you move your cursor over the photo, you’ll see the area being erased in real-time.
- Repeat step 3 until you’ve removed all of the elements you want to erase. You can also use the “Undo” button in the top toolbar if you make a mistake.
