As a design platform, Canva is all about collaboration. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to share your designs with your team, whether you’re working on a school project or a work presentation.

You can share your designs with anyone, even if they don’t have a Canva account. And if you’re worried about someone stealing your hard work, don’t be! We’ve got you covered with our handy download feature.

To share your design with your team, simply click on the ‘Share’ button located in the top right-hand corner of the design screen. A pop-up window will appear, giving you the option to share your design via a link or email. You can also share your design directly to social media or generate a QR code for quick and easy scanning.

If you want to give someone edit access to your design, simply click on the ‘Get Link’ button and then select the ‘Anyone with the link can edit’ option. This will generate a unique URL that you can share with your team. Keep in mind that anyone with this link will be able to make changes to your design, so only share it with people you trust!

PRO TIP: If you are working on a design in Canva and you do not want your team to see it, you need to make sure that you save the design as a draft. If you do not save the design as a draft, your team will be able to see it.

Once you’ve shared your design, anyone with access will be able to view it in their browser. If they want to download a copy of the design, they can do so by clicking on the ‘More options’ button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen and selecting ‘Download.’
