How Do I Embed Canva Into WordPress?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 6:39 pm

Canva is a free online design platform that allows users to create beautiful designs for social media, presentations, business cards, and more. With Canva, you can upload your own images or choose from Canva’s library of over 1 million stock images, illustrations, and icons. You can also use Canva to create infographics, logos, and other visuals.

To embed a Canva design into WordPress, simply click on the Share button in the top-right corner of the design interface. Then, click on the Embed button in the Share menu. Copy the embed code and paste it into the HTML editor of your WordPress post or page.

That’s it! Your Canva design will now appear in your WordPress post or page. You can resize the design by clicking on the edges of the design and dragging them to your desired size.

Note: If you’re using the WordPress Visual Editor, you’ll need to switch to the HTML editor to paste in the embed code.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Go to Canva and create a new design or open an existing one. 2. Click on the Share button in the top-right corner of the interface. 3. In the Share menu, click on Embed.

4. Copy the embed code provided. 5. Go to your WordPress post or page and paste the embed code into the HTML editor (switch to the HTML editor if you’re using the WordPress Visual Editor). 6. Resize the design by clicking on its edges and dragging them to your desired size.

That’s all there is to it! Now you know how to embed a Canva design into WordPress.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with HTML or CSS, we do not recommend attempting to embed Canva into WordPress. Canva is a powerful design tool that can be used to create beautiful designs, but it can be difficult to use if you are not familiar with code. If you attempt to embed Canva into WordPress without knowing how to code, you could inadvertently break your website.
