Can I Cancel My Canva Free Trial?

If you’re not satisfied with Canva’s free trial, you can cancel it at any time. Here’s how:

First, log in to your Canva account. Then, go to the ‘Billing’ tab in the left sidebar. Under ‘Your Plan’, click on the ‘Cancel Plan’ button.

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation. Once you click ‘Confirm Cancellation’, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you will no longer be charged. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point it will be downgraded to a free account.

PRO TIP: If you cancel your Canva free trial, you will lose access to all of the features of the paid Canva subscription. This includes access to premium templates, design tools, and customer support. If you decide to cancel your free trial, we recommend doing so at least 24 hours before it expires to avoid being charged for the full subscription.
