Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 9:45 pm

There’s no doubt that Canva is a powerful design tool. But did you know that you can also use it to collaborate with others on design projects?

With Canva’s collaboration feature, you can invite others to work on a design with you in real-time. This is perfect for when you need to bounce ideas off of someone or want to get feedback on a design before finalizing it.

Here’s how to use Canva’s collaboration feature:

1. First, create a new design or open an existing one.

2. Then, click on the “Share” button in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. A pop-up window will appear. Here, you can add the email addresses of the people you want to invite to collaborate on the design.

4. Once you’ve added all the email addresses, click on the “Send Invites” button.

5. Your collaborators will then receive an email with a link to the design. When they click on the link, they’ll be taken to Canva where they can start working on the design with you.

6. To see who else is working on the design with you, just look for the avatar icons in the top-right corner of the screen. The avatars will show up next to any element that’s been edited by someone else.

7. When you’re finished collaborating on the design, just click on the “Done” button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Canva is a great way to quickly and easily create professional designs. But did you know that it’s also a great tool for collaborating with others? With Canva’s collaboration feature, you can work on designs with others in real-time, which is perfect for when you need feedback or want to bounce ideas off of someone else.

PRO TIP: Canva is a great way to create beautiful designs, but be aware that you can only collaborate with others if you have a Canva Pro account. If you try to collaborate with someone without a Pro account, they will not be able to see or edit your design.
