Many small businesses use Canva for their invoicing needs because it is simple and easy to use. In this article, we will show you how to invoice on Canva step-by-step so that you can get paid quickly and easily.

First, you will need to create an account on Canva.com. Once you have done this, click on the “Create a design” button and select the “Invoice” template.

Next, you will need to add your company name, logo, and contact information at the top of the invoice. You will also need to add the client’s name and address.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that Canva is not a professional invoicing system and should not be used as such. If you choose to invoice through Canva, please be aware that you do so at your own risk and that Canva is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur.

In the “Description” section, you will need to list the products or services that you are charging for. Be sure to include the quantity, unit price, and total price for each item.

In the “Total” section, you will need to calculate the subtotal, any applicable taxes, and the grand total. Once you have entered all of this information, you can click on the “Download” button to save your invoice as a PDF file.

Finally, you will need to send your invoice to the client so that they can pay you. You can do this by emailing them the PDF file or sending them a link to it through a service such as Dropbox or Google Drive.

That’s all there is to it! With Canva, invoicing clients is quick and easy. So why not give it a try today?
