Cricut Design Space is a free, cloud-based software used with Cricut smart cutting machines. With Cricut Design Space, you can upload your own images and fonts for free, or choose from Cricut’s vast library of pre-made designs and projects. You can also purchase premium images, fonts, and projects from Cricut’s Design Store.

Once you have an account set up, you can start creating projects by opening the “New Project” tab. To upload your own images, click on the “Upload Images” button in the upper left-hand corner of the interface. You can upload images from your computer, or search for free images online using Cricut’s built-in image search feature.

PRO TIP: Cricut Design Space is a great way to create Canva designs, but there are a few things you should know before using it. First, Cricut Design Space is not compatible with all browsers. Safari and Internet Explorer are not supported. Second, Cricut Design Space requires a paid subscription to use. Finally, when using Cricut Design Space with Canva, be sure to export your design as a PNG or JPG file before trying to print it.

To add text to your design, click on the “Add Text” button in the upper left-hand corner of the interface. This will open a text box where you can type in your desired text.

To format your text, use the options in the toolbar that appears above the text box. You can change the font, color, size, alignment, and more.

Once you’re happy with your design, click on the “Make It” button in the upper right-hand corner of the interface. This will take you to a page where you can select the materials you want to use for your project and choose your cutting settings. Once you have everything set up, click on the “Cut” button to send your design to your Cricut machine.
