If you’re a Cricut user, you know that one of the best things about the machine is its ability to cut images from a variety of sources. Canva is a great source for high-quality images that can be used with your Cricut machine. Here’s how to use Canva images on Cricut.
First, head to Canva.com and create an account. Once you’re logged in, click on the “+” in the top left corner of the screen and select “Uploads.”
From here, you can either upload your own images or search Canva’s library of over 1 million stock photos, illustrations, and icons. Once you’ve found an image you like, click on it to select it.
Next, click on the “Use” button in the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up will appear asking how you’d like to use the image. Select “Cricut” from the drop-down menu.
Now, select the type of file you’d like to download. Canva offers .PNG, .JPG, and .SVG files. For most projects, we recommend selecting .PNG or .JPG.
Once you’ve selected your file type, click on the “Download” button. Your image will now download to your computer.
The last step is to upload your image to Cricut Design Space. To do this, open Design Space and click on the “+” sign in the left sidebar.
From here, select “Upload Images. ”
Now, simply find your image on your computer and click “Open.” Your image will now appear in Design Space and be ready to use!
