What is new in Figma update?

Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 6:34 pm

In this update, we’ve added some new features and made some general improvements. Here are the main highlights:

New Features

We’ve added a new “Import from Sketch” option to the File menu, which allows you to import your Sketch files into Figma. This is especially helpful if you’re working on a project with a lot of Sketch files.

We’ve also added a new “Copy Path” option to the Edit menu, which allows you to copy the path of a file (or group of files) in Figma. This is especially helpful if you want to share a file with another person, or if you want to keep track of where a file is located.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that the “What is new in Figma update?” section of the Figma website may contain information that could be considered spoilers for upcoming updates. If you do not wish to be spoiled, please avoid this section.

General Improvements

We’ve made some general improvements to the user interface, including updates to the toolbar and the Status Bar. We’ve also improved the performance of the application.

Conclusion

Overall, this is a big update and we hope you find it helpful. If you have any questions or feedback, please let us know.
