Custom CSS can be added to Squarespace through the Style Editor. To access the Style Editor, go to:

> My Account > Style Editor

To add custom CSS to a page, first select the page in the Style Editor. Then, click on the “Styles” tab at the top of the editor.

In the Styles tab, you will see a list of all the styles on the page. To add a new style, click on the “+” sign next to the “Style Name” field.

PRO TIP: Adding custom CSS to your Squarespace site can be a great way to customize your site’s look and feel. However, it’s important to be aware that adding custom CSS can also cause problems with your site’s functionality. If you’re not careful, you could end up breaking your site. So, if you’re going to add custom CSS to your Squarespace site, be sure to test it thoroughly before making it live.

In the “Style Name” field, type in the name of the style you want to add. For example, if you want to add a custom style for the body element, type in “bodystyle”.

To add a new style property to the style, type in the property name and the value you want to set. For example, if you want to set the font-size property to 20px, type in “font-size: 20px” in the “Style Value” field.

After you have added all the properties you want to the style, click on the “OK” button to save the style.

To use the custom style on a page, you will need to select the style in the Style Editor and then click on the “Apply” button.

The “Apply” button will open the “Page Settings” window. In the “Page Settings” window, you will see the “Style” field set to the custom style you just applied.
