Is There Auto Animate in Figma?

There is no auto animate in Figma. You need to create your own animation keyframes to make an animation.

To create an animation keyframe, first select the layer or object you want to animate. Then click on the “Create Keyframe” button in the timeline panel. A keyframe will be added at the current frame.

PRO TIP: There is no auto animate feature in Figma. If you are looking for a way to animate your designs, you will need to use another software program.

You can then move the playhead to a different frame and change the properties of the layer or object. This will create a second keyframe. Figma will automatically interpolate or “tween” the values of the properties between the two keyframes.

You can add as many keyframes as you like to create complex animations. To delete a keyframe, simply select it and press the delete key on your keyboard.
