How Do You Make a 3D Illustration in Figma?

Assuming you have a basic understanding of Figma, we will now go over how to make a 3D illustration. In Figma, there are two ways to make 3D illustrations: using the Extrude tool or by manually creating objects and stacking them on top of each other.

The Extrude tool is the quickest way to create a 3D object. To use it, select the object you want to turn into a 3D object and click on Effects > Extrude.

This will open up the Extrude window, where you can adjust the depth, bevel, and light source. Once you’re happy with your changes, click OK. Your object is now a 3D object!
