As a Wix user, you have access to a variety of features and tools in the Member Area. This is where you can manage your account, view your plan and billing information, and access support. You can also find helpful resources, such as tutorials and FAQs.
To access the Member Area, simply log in to your account. Then, click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

This will open a drop-down menu, where you will see the option for ‘Member Area.’ Click on this, and you will be taken to the Member Area page.
Once you’re in the Member Area, you’ll see several tabs at the top of the page. These include ‘Home,’ ‘Account,’ ‘Billing,’ ‘Support,’ and ‘Resources.’ Each of these tabs contains different information and tools that you can use.
The ‘Home’ tab is your default landing page when you first log in to the Member Area. Here, you’ll see an overview of your account, including your plan type, how many sites you have created, and how many users are currently logged in. You can also view recent activity on your account, such as new site visitors or comments on your blog posts

The ‘Account’ tab is where you can manage your personal information, such as your name, email address, and password. You can also change your profile picture here. If you have multiple Wix accounts, you can switch between them using this tab.
The ‘Billing’ tab is where you can view your subscription plan and billing information. Here, you can update your payment method, view invoices for past payments, or cancel your Wix account entirely.
The ‘Support’ tab is where you can get help from the Wix team if you’re having trouble with your account or website. You can submit a ticket here, or browse through the FAQs to find answers to common questions.
The ‘Resources’ tab is a library of helpful tutorials and articles that can teach you how to use Wix more effectively. This is a great place to start if you’re new to Wix or want to learn more about all of the features and tools that are available to you.

From here we’re able to:
- update our payment method
- view invoices for past payments made
- cancel our Wix account entirely.
