How Do I Ship Table Rates in WooCommerce?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 1:07 pm

There are a few different ways that you can ship table rates in WooCommerce. The first way is to use the built-in shipping calculator.

To do this, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. Then, select the Table Rate shipping method and enter your shipping rates into the table.

Another way to ship table rates is by using a plugin. There are a few different plugins that you can use, but we recommend using the Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce plugin. This plugin is easy to use and it will allow you to set up your shipping rates in a matter of minutes.

PRO TIP: When using table rates to ship orders in WooCommerce, be sure to carefully calculate the rates for each shipping zone and update them regularly. Shipping rates can vary depending on the time of year, so it’s important to keep an eye on them and adjust as needed.

Once you have installed the plugin, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping and select the Table Rate Shipping method. Then, enter your shipping rates into the table and save your changes.

The last way to ship table rates is by using a service like Shipstation or Shipworks. These services will allow you to connect your WooCommerce store to their platform and then create shipping labels for your orders.

If you’re not sure which method is best for you, we recommend trying out the built-in shipping calculator first. If you find that it’s not meeting your needs, then you can always switch to one of the other methods.
