There are a few different ways that you can contact UpWork customer support in order to get help with your account or any other issues that you may be having.

One way is to simply log into your account and click on the “Help” tab. From there, you will be able to search through UpWork’s knowledge base of articles and FAQs in order to find an answer to your question. If you cannot find an answer, you can then click on the “Contact Us” button in order to submit a request for customer support.

PRO TIP: If you are thinking about calling Upwork, beware! Many people have reported being charged exorbitant fees for calling customer service.
