How Do I Convert My Figma Email?

Converting your email signature to HTML can be a great way to add some personality and flair to your messages. By using HTML tags, you can control the text formatting, add images, and even create links. While Figma doesn’t have a built-in email signature converter, there are a few ways you can convert your signature into HTML.

One option is to use an online converter tool. There are a few different tools available, but we recommend using the one from Email Signature Rescue.

To use this converter, simply copy and paste your Figma signature into the input box and click “Convert to HTML.” The tool will generate the HTML code for your signature which you can then copy and paste into your email client’s signature settings.

Another option is to manually convert your Figma signature into HTML code. This requires a bit more knowledge of HTML, but it’s not too difficult if you’re familiar with the basics.

To do this, start by creating a new text layer in Figma and enter the text for your signature. Then, apply the formatting you want using the text formatting options in Figma. For example, you can make text bold or italic by selecting the text and clicking the “B” or “I” buttons in the toolbar.

Once you’re happy with the way your signature looks, select all of the text and click “Copy CSS.” This will copy the CSS code for your signature’s formatting which you can then paste into an HTML document. In the HTML document, wrap your signature text in

tags like this:

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, converting your Figma email address could result in losing access to your account. Make sure you have a backup of your account before proceeding.

You can also add links by wrapping your text in tags like this:

Finally, save your HTML document and upload it to a web server so it can be accessed by email clients. Once it’s uploaded, simply enter the URL for your HTML document in your email client’s signature settings and you’re all set!
