If you’re running a WooCommerce store, you’re going to need to manage your customers. Fortunately, WooCommerce makes it easy to do just that. In this article, we’ll show you how to manage customers in WooCommerce.

First, you’ll need to log in to your WooCommerce account. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be taken to your Dashboard. From here, click on Customers from the left-hand sidebar.

On the Customers page, you’ll see a list of all the customers who have purchased from your store. To view a specific customer’s information, simply click on their name.

On the customer’s Profile page, you’ll be able to view their personal information, such as their name, address, and email address. You’ll also be able to see their purchase history and any notes you’ve made about them.

If you need to edit a customer’s information, simply click on the Edit button. This will allow you to change any of the customer’s personal information.

Deleting Customers

If you need to delete a customer from your store, simply click on the Delete button. This will remove the customer from your store permanently.

Conclusion

As you can see, managing customers in WooCommerce is easy. Simply log in to your account, click on Customers from the left-hand sidebar, and then click on the name of the customer you wish to view. From here, you can view their personal information and purchase history.

PRO TIP: If you are using WooCommerce to manage your customers, be aware that there is a potential for data loss.

When exporting customers from WooCommerce, be sure to select the “Include Custom Fields” option, as this will include any custom fields you have added to your customer records.

Additionally, when importing customers into WooCommerce, be sure to map all of the customer fields correctly to avoid any data loss.

If you need to edit or delete a customer, simply click on the appropriate button. That’s all there is to it!
