How Do I Connect HubSpot to WooCommerce?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 1:24 pm

HubSpot is a inbound marketing and sales platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. WooCommerce is a WordPress eCommerce plugin that turns your WordPress website into a fully-functional online store.

In order to connect HubSpot to WooCommerce, you will need to use the HubSpot-WooCommerce Integration app. This app allows you to send data from your WooCommerce store to HubSpot, so that you can track and manage your sales and marketing efforts in one place.

Once you have installed and activated the HubSpot-WooCommerce Integration app, you will need to enter your HubSpot API key in the settings page. To find your API key, log into your HubSpot account and navigate to Settings > Integrations > APIs.

Once you have entered your API key, you will need to select which HubSpot portal you would like to connect to. If you have multiple HubSpot portals, you will need to repeat this process for each one.

PRO TIP: If you are using the HubSpot all-in-one marketing software, you may be wondering how to connect it to WooCommerce, the popular eCommerce platform. HubSpot has a plugin that allows for integration with WooCommerce, but it is in beta and not yet available to the public. For now, you can connect HubSpot to WooCommerce manually by following these steps:

1. Go to your HubSpot account and navigate to the ‘Integrations’ page.

2. On the ‘Integrations’ page, click on the ‘Add Integration’ button.

3. In the ‘Add Integration’ popup, select ‘WooCommerce’ from the list of available integrations.

4. Enter your WooCommerce Store URL and API Key into the appropriate fields. You can find your API Key by logging into your WooCommerce account and navigating to the ‘Settings’ page. Under the ‘Advanced’ tab, click on the ‘REST API’ link. On the ‘REST API’ page, you will see a section called ‘Keys/Apps’. Click on the ‘Add Key’ button and enter a description for your key. Once you have generated your key, copy it and paste it into the HubSpot field.

After you have selected a HubSpot portal, you will need to choose which data from WooCommerce you would like to sync with HubSpot. The data that can be synced includes:

Orders
Products
Customers
Abandoned Carts

You can also choose to sync data in real-time, or on a schedule. Real-time syncing will send data to HubSpot as soon as it is added or updated in WooCommerce, while scheduled syncing will send data at regular intervals (hourly, daily, weekly).

Once you have configured the settings for the HubSpot-WooCommerce Integration app, click the Save Changes button and your data will start flowing from WooCommerce into HubSpot!
