Last updated on September 30, 2022 @ 10:55 pm

If you’re using Wix to create a website, you may have noticed that you can’t use the Wix platform to send emails. This is because Wix has a strict policy against emailing for commercial purposes.

If you try to use Wix to send emails, your account will be blocked.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

The reason for this is that Wix doesn’t want its users to spam people with commercial messages. It’s a platform for creating websites, not for sending mass emails.

If you want to use Wix to send emails, you’ll need to use a third-party service like MailChimp or Constant Contact.

PRO TIP: If you are using Wix to create a website, you may have noticed that you are unable to send or receive emails. This is because Wix has blocked email services on their platform. While this may be frustrating, it is important to remember that Wix is a platform for creating websites, not for hosting email. There are many other providers that offer email services, and we recommend using one of these instead of Wix for your email needs.

There are a few exceptions to this rule. If you’re a non-profit organization, you may be able to get permission from Wix to send emails.

And if you’re using Wix for personal use, you can still send emails as long as they’re not commercial in nature.

So if you’re wondering why your email is blocked on Wix, it’s because of their anti-spam policy. If you want to use Wix to send emails, you’ll need to use a third-party service like MailChimp or Constant Contact.
