Once you’re in the “More” menu, scroll down until you see the “Live Chat” option. Click on it and then click “Add to Site.”

Now that you’ve added the live chat feature to your site, it’s time to set it up. First, you’ll need to create an account with a live chat service such as SnapEngage or Zopim.

Once you have an account set up, you’ll need to get your live chat code from the service and add it to your Wix site. To do this, go back to your Wix dashboard and click on the “Live Chat” icon. Then, click on the “Settings” tab and paste your code into the box labeled “Embed Code.”

Now that your live chat is set up and ready to go, all you need to do is start chatting with your visitors!
