How Do I Print a WooCommerce Order?

Last updated on January 12, 2023 @ 5:08 pm

If you’re running a WooCommerce store, you’ve probably had to print an order at some point. Maybe it was for your own records, or maybe you needed to send a physical copy to your fulfillment center. Either way, it’s a pretty simple process.

In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Orders. Find the order you need to print, and click View. On the order page, click the Print button in the top right corner.

This will open a new tab with a print-friendly version of the order. You can either print this directly from your browser, or save it as a PDF for later.

And that’s it! Pretty simple, right?

PRO TIP: If you are using WooCommerce to sell products on your WordPress website, you may need to print an order for your records. You can do this from the WooCommerce dashboard. However, before you print an order, you should be aware of the following:

1. Make sure that the order you are printing is correct. Check the details carefully to ensure that everything is correct.

2. If you are using a printer that is not connected to your computer, make sure that the printer has enough paper and ink. Otherwise, you may not be able to print the entire order.

3. When you print an order, it will include the customer’s shipping information. If you do not want this information to be printed, you can uncheck the “Include Customer Shipping Address” option in the “Print Options” section of the WooCommerce dashboard.
