How Do I Send a Support Ticket on Fiverr?

Fiverr is a great platform for freelancers to offer their services, and for buyers to find the services they need. Support tickets are one of the ways that buyers and sellers can communicate with each other on Fiverr, and they’re a great way to get help with an issue or question you may have.

To send a support ticket on Fiverr, first go to the Help Center by clicking on the “Help” link at the bottom of the page. From there, you’ll see a list of frequently asked questions that you can search through to find an answer to your question. If you can’t find an answer in the Help Center, click on the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the page.

PRO TIP: If you are having problems with your Fiverr account, it is best to contact customer support through the Help Center. Sending a support ticket on Fiverr can be confusing and time-consuming. Make sure to include all relevant information in your ticket, such as your username, order number, and a detailed description of the problem.

On the Contact Us page, you’ll see a form that you can fill out to send a support ticket. First, select what category your question falls under from the drop-down menu.

Next, enter a subject for your ticket and a brief description of your issue or question. Finally, enter your email address so that we can get back to you with a response.

Once you’ve filled out all of the information in the form, click on the “Send” button and your support ticket will be sent off to our team. We’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible so that we can help resolve your issue.
