How Do I Use WooCommerce PDF?

WooCommerce PDF invoices are a great way to keep track of your sales and customer information. They can be easily generated and emailed to customers from the WooCommerce dashboard.

To generate a PDF invoice, go to WooCommerce > Orders and select the order you wish to generate an invoice for. Then, click the “Generate PDF” button in the top right corner.

You can also email PDF invoices to customers directly from the WooCommerce dashboard. To do this, go to WooCommerce > Orders and select the order you wish to email an invoice for. Then, click the “Email” button in the top right corner.

In the “Email Invoice” popup, select “Send as PDF attachment” and then click “Send”. The PDF invoice will be attached to the email and sent to the customer.

When emailing PDF invoices to customers, you can also include a message in the body of the email. This is a great way to personalize each invoice and thank your customers for their business.
