Why Did Wix Block My Email?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 12:15 am

Wix is a popular website builder that allows users to create websites without any coding knowledge. However, Wix recently blocked my email account and I’m not sure why.

I had been using Wix for a few weeks to create a website for my small business. I had created several pages and was in the process of adding content when I noticed that I could no longer log into my account.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

I tried to reset my password but I never received the reset link in my email inbox. I contacted Wix customer support but they were unable to help me.

PRO TIP: If you are using Wix to create a website, be aware that they may block your email account if they suspect you are spamming. This can happen if you send a lot of emails or if you use a third-party email service that is on their blacklist. If your account is blocked, you will not be able to send or receive any emails through Wix.

I’m not sure why Wix would block my email account. I hadn’t done anything that should have triggered a security issue.

Maybe there was a problem with the way I was using the platform or maybe there was something wrong with my account that I wasn’t aware of. Either way, it’s frustrating that I can’t access my account and continue working on my website.

If you’re having similar problems with Wix, I recommend contacting their customer support team. They may be able to help you figure out what’s going on and how to fix it.

There are a few possible reasons why Wix would block someone’s email account. It could be due to suspicious activity on the account, or it could be because the person violated the terms of service.

It’s also possible that there was a problem with the way the person was using the platform. If you’re having problems with your Wix account, contact customer support for help.
