How Do I Add an SVG Logo to Squarespace?

Adding an SVG logo to your Squarespace website is a great way to make your site more visually appealing. SVG logos can be added to any page on your site, and they can be styled using the <p>, <b> and <u> tags. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to the page on your Squarespace site where you want to add the logo.

    2. Click on the ‘+’ sign in the top left corner of the page and select ‘Logo’ from the drop-down menu.

    3. Upload your SVG logo file to the ‘Logo Image’ field.

    4. Enter the URL of your website in the ‘Logo Destination URL’ field.

    5. Click ‘Save.’

That’s it! Your SVG logo will now appear on your Squarespace website.

If you want to style your text using the <p>, <b> or <u> tags, simply add those tags around the text you want to style. For example, if you want to make your logo bold, you would add the <b> tag around the logo code like this:

<b><logo></b>

PRO TIP: While adding an SVG logo to Squarespace may seem like a straightforward process, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, make sure that your logo is saved as an SVG file. If it is not, you will not be able to upload it to Squarespace. Secondly, because Squarespace does not allow for transparency in images, your logo may appear with a white background. To avoid this, make sure that the background of your logo is set to the same color as your website’s background color. Finally, keep in mind that Squarespace does not support animated SVGs.
