How Do I Open a Ticket on Wix?

If you’re experiencing an issue with your Wix account, you can open a ticket to get help from our support team. To open a ticket:

1. Log in to your Wix account.

2. Click Help in the top menu bar.

3. Click Contact Support. You’ll be redirected to our support site.

4. Enter your issue in the search bar and press Enter. A list of relevant articles will appear.

5. If you couldn’t find a solution in the articles, click Contact Us. You’ll be redirected to a form where you can fill out more details about your issue.

6. Enter the required information and click Submit. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
