Whether you’re a seasoned Figma user or just getting started, you may find yourself wondering how to share your work with others. The good news is that sharing your designs in Figma is easy, and there are a few different ways to do it.

In this article, we’ll show you how to share your designs as a prototype, as an image, or as a PDF.

To share your designs as a prototype, simply click the “Share” button in the top-right corner of the Figma interface. This will open the Share dialog box, where you can select whether you want to share your design as a link or as an embed.

If you choose to share your design as a link, you can then specify whether you want the link to be view-only or editable. You can also set a password for your design if you want to keep it private. Once you’ve chosen your sharing settings, click the “Copy Link” button to copy the link to your clipboard.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, publishing a draft on Figma can result in your work being made public without your consent. Make sure that you only publish drafts that you are comfortable with being seen by others.

If you want to share your designs as an image, click the “Share” button and then select the “Image” tab in the Share dialog box. Here, you can choose whether you want to export your design as a PNG or JPG file.

You can also specify the width and height of the image, as well as the resolution. Once you’ve chosen your settings, click the “Export” button to download your image.

To share your designs as a PDF, click the “Share” button and then select the “PDF” tab in the Share dialog box. Here, you can choose whether you want to export your design as a single page or multiple pages.

You can also specify the page size and orientation. Once you’ve chosen your settings, click the “Export” button to download your PDF.

Conclusion:

As you can see, sharing your Figma designs is easy and there are several different ways to do it. Whether you want to share your designs as a prototype, an image, or a PDF, Figma has you covered.
