How Do You Use Figma Team?

Figma Teams is a great way to manage your design projects and keep everyone on the same page. Here’s how to get the most out of Figma Teams:

Create a project

To get started, create a project in Figma. You can do this by clicking the ‘+’ icon in the left sidebar. Then, give your project a name and click ‘Create’.

Add team members

Next, you’ll need to add team members to your project. To do this, click the ‘Members’ tab in the left sidebar and then click ‘Invite Members’. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to add and click ‘Send Invites’.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that Figma Team is a subscription-based service and you will need to sign up for a paid plan in order to use it. Additionally, please be aware that Figma Team is intended for use by teams of designers and may not be suitable for individual users.

Create a design

Once you’ve added team members, it’s time to start designing! To do this, click the ‘Files’ tab in the left sidebar and then click ‘New File’. Give your file a name and click ‘Create’.

Share your design

Once you’re happy with your design, it’s time to share it with your team. To do this, click the ‘Share’ button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Then, select whether you want to share your file as a link or an attachment. Finally, enter the email addresses of the people you want to share your design with and click ‘Send’.
