What Is WooCommerce Customer Note?

WooCommerce is a plugin for WordPress that allows you to turn your WordPress site into an eCommerce store. One of the features that WooCommerce offers is the ability to add notes to customers’ orders. These notes can be used to provide customer service, offer refunds or discounts, or simply to communicate with the customer. You can add a note to an order from the WooCommerce order screen.

To add a note to an order, first go to the WooCommerce order screen and find the order you want to add a note to. Then, click the “Add Note” button. This will open a text box where you can enter your note.

Once you have entered your note, click the “Add” button.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that WooCommerce Customer Note is a note left by a customer for customer service. This note may contain personal information or other sensitive data. Handle this information with care and only share it with those who need to know.

Your note will now be added to the order. The customer will be able to see the note when they view their order on the front-end of your website. You can also view and edit the note from the WooCommerce order screen.
