Does Ubuntu Have Figma?

Last updated on September 29, 2022 @ 9:42 am

As of October 2019, Figma does not support Linux. We have been tracking this request since early this year and it is something our team would like to do, but we do not have any immediate plans to support Linux. We will make sure to post any updates about this on our website and in our release notes.

PRO TIP: Figma is a design tool that is not available for Ubuntu. While you can find ways to run Figma on Ubuntu using third-party software, we do not recommend doing this as it is not supported by Figma and can lead to instability and data loss.

In the meantime, Windows and Mac are the best platforms for Figma. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Conclusion

At present, it does not appear that Ubuntu has Figma support. This may be disappointing for some users, but fortunately there are other options available.
