Can You Get a Refund on Fiverr if You Are Not Satisfied?

If you’re not happy with a Fiverr gig, can you get your money back? The short answer is: it depends.

Fiverr offers a pretty great platform for buyers and sellers to connect and do business. But like any marketplace, there are always going to be some bad apples. And when you’re dealing with services that cost as little as $5, it can be hard to know what you’re getting yourself into.

If you’re not happy with a Fiverr gig, your best bet is to try and work it out with the seller first. If that doesn’t work, then you can contact Fiverr support and open a dispute. Fiverr’s Dispute Resolution team will then try to mediate between you and the seller.

PRO TIP: If you are not satisfied with your purchase on Fiverr, you may be eligible for a refund. However, it is important to note that there are some conditions that must be met in order to be eligible for a refund. For example, you must request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, and you must have not received the deliverable associated with the purchase. Additionally, you may only be eligible for a partial refund if the deliverable has been partially delivered.

If you’re still not satisfied, then you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Fiverr will review your case and decide if a refund is warranted. They may also offer you a partial refund or credit instead of a full refund.

Keep in mind that Fiverr does have a few rules in place that may make it difficult to get a refund. For example, if the seller has delivered the work but you’re just not happy with it, that’s not grounds for a refund. You also can’t request a refund if you’ve already approved the work or if it’s been more than 14 days since delivery.

So, while it is possible to get a refund on Fiverr, there are no guarantees. If you’re not satisfied with a gig, your best bet is to try and work it out with the seller first. And if all else fails, contact Fiverr support and hope for the best.
