Can You Report a Buyer on Fiverr?

Last updated on September 29, 2022 @ 1:04 am

As a freelancer on Fiverr, you’re expected to provide a great service to your buyers. But what happens when a buyer is being difficult or even abusive? Can you report them?

The short answer is yes, you can report a buyer on Fiverr. If you feel that a buyer is behaving inappropriately, or is not following the Terms of Service, you can report them to Fiverr support.

PRO TIP: Fiverr is a great platform for freelancers to sell their services, but it is important to be aware of the potential risks involved in working with buyers on the site. There have been reports of buyers requesting services that are outside of the scope of what was agreed upon, and in some cases, buyers have even been known to request refunds after receiving the completed work. While Fiverr does have a dispute resolution process in place, it is always best to be cautious when working with buyers on the site.

Fiverr takes these reports seriously and will investigate the buyer’s behaviour. If they find that the buyer has violated the Terms of Service, they may take action against the buyer, up to and including removing them from the platform.

So if you’re having problems with a buyer, don’t hesitate to report them. It could help improve your experience on Fiverr, and help keep the community safe for everyone involved.
