There are a few reasons you might want two Figma accounts. Maybe you want to keep your work and personal projects separate, or perhaps you need to collaborate with someone who uses a different email address.
Whatever the reason, it’s easy to set up multiple Figma accounts. Here’s how:
First, go to Figma’s homepage and click the “Log in” button in the top-right corner. Next, enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields and click “Log in.”
Once you’re logged in, hover your mouse over your profile picture in the top-right corner and select “Account settings” from the drop-down menu. On the next page, scroll down to the “Account” section and click the “Delete account” link. Confirm that you want to delete your account by clicking “Delete my account” on the popup.
Now that your first account is deleted, you can create a new one using the same email address. To do so, simply go through the same process of logging in and clicking on your profile picture > “Account settings.” But this time, instead of deleting your account, click on the “Change email address or password” link.
Enter your new email address in the “Email” field and click the “Update email address” button. Figma will send a verification code to your new email address.
Enter that code in the “Verification code” field and click “Verify. ”
That’s it! You now have two Figma accounts with different email addresses. You can repeat this process to create as many accounts as you need.
