Can I Change My Feedback to Client UpWork?

As an employer on UpWork, you have the ability to leave feedback for your clients. This feedback is a public rating that is viewable by other users on the site. You can change your feedback for a client at any time.

To change your feedback, log into your account and click on the “Feedback” tab. From here, you will be able to see all of the feedback you have left for clients. To edit your feedback, click on the “Edit” button next to the relevant client’s name.

PRO TIP: If you receive a request from a client to change your feedback, do not do it! This is against Upwork’s Terms of Service and can result in your account being suspended.

In the “Edit Feedback” dialogue box, you can change the rating you have given the client, as well as leave a new comment. Once you have made your changes, click on the “Save Changes” button.

Keep in mind that changing your feedback will not delete your previous feedback. If you would like to delete your previous feedback, you will need to contact UpWork customer support.
