Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 5:57 am

When you book with Wix, you’re getting more than just a website. You’re getting a partner that will help you succeed. We’re here to help you grow your business, so we’ve made booking easy and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

First, choose the service or appointment type that you want to offer. Then, set the date, time, and duration for the service. You can also add a description and any other relevant details.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

Once you’ve got everything set up the way you want it, click ‘Publish’ to make your service live on your website.

Now, when someone visits your website and books an appointment, they’ll see all the details that you’ve entered. They can choose the date and time that works best for them, and they’ll be able to see how long the service will take. Once they’ve made their selection, they’ll enter their contact information and pay for the service right then and there.

Once they’ve completed their purchase, they’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details of their appointment. And that’s it! You’ll receive an email notification as well, so you can both be prepared for the big day.

PRO TIP: If you are thinking about using Wix to book appointments, there are a few things you should know. First, Wix does not have a built-in booking system. This means that you will need to use a third-party booking system or create your own. Second, Wix does not allow you to collect payments for appointments. This means that you will need to use a third-party payment processor or create your own payment system. Finally, Wix does not provide customer support for booking appointments. This means that if you have any problems with the booking process, you will need to contact the third-party provider or figure out the problem on your own.
