There are two ways to add add-ons to Squarespace: through the Add-Ons panel in your site’s settings, or by injecting code into your site’s header.

The Add-Ons panel is the easiest way to add most third-party services to your Squarespace site. To access the Add-Ons panel, log into your site, click the Settings icon ( ), and then click Add-Ons.

If you don’t see the service you’re looking for in the Add-Ons panel, you can try injecting code into your site’s header. This method isn’t as straightforward as using the Add-Ons panel, but it may be necessary for some services.

To inject code into your site’s header:

    1. Log into your site and click Settings (

    2. In the Advanced tab, click Code Injection.

    3. Enter your code in the Header Code box.

    4. Click Save.

PRO TIP: Before adding any add ons to your Squarespace account, it’s important to note that these can often significantly slow down your site. If you’re experiencing any loading issues after adding an add on, we recommend removing it and trying another solution.
