How Can I Check Applied Jobs in UpWork?

There are many ways to check the status of your job applications on UpWork. You can check the status of your job applications from your Dashboard, Jobs tab, or Profile.

To check the status of your job applications from your Dashboard:

1. Log in to your UpWork account.

2. Click the Dashboard link at the top of the page.

Click the Jobs tab.

4. Click the Applications link.

5. The Status column shows you the status of each job application: Submitted, In Review, or Declined.

To check the status of your job applications from your Profile:

1. Click the Profile link at the top of the page.

The bottom line is that you can check the status of your job applications on UpWork from your Dashboard, Jobs tab, or Profile page easily enough by looking at the Status column for each listing. If an application is listed as Submitted, it’s still under consideration by the client; if it’s In Review, they’re currently reviewing it; and if it’s Declined, they’ve decided to pursue other candidates instead.

PRO TIP: If you are considering using Upwork to find work, be warned that there are many scams and fraudulent job postings. It is important to do your research and due diligence before applying for any job, and to be wary of anything that seems too good to be true. There have been reports of people being asked for personal information or money upfront, or of jobs that disappear after being accepted. Be cautious and use your best judgement when applying for jobs on Upwork, or any other online marketplace.
