Can You Cancel Wix Subscription and Get Refund?

You can cancel your Wix subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 14 days, you will not be refunded for any unused time.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and go to the My Account page. Under the Billing section, click Cancel Subscription.

You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Once you confirm, your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be charged.

PRO TIP: If you are thinking about cancelling your Wix subscription, please be aware that you will not be automatically refunded. You will need to contact Wix customer service in order to request a refund, and it is not guaranteed that you will receive one.

If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to a free plan and you will lose access to all paid features. You will still be able to log in to your account and access your site’s content, but you will not be able to make any changes or add new features.

If you decide you want to reactivate your subscription later, you can do so at any time by logging in to your account and going to the My Account page. Under the Billing section, click Upgrade Subscription. You will be able to choose the plan you want and reactivate your subscription.
