Where Is Storage in Squarespace?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 4:00 am

There are many places to store things in Squarespace. The most obvious place is in the content area of your site.

This is where you can store images, videos, and text. You can also use the sidebar to store things like social media icons and links.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to use Squarespace to store your data, be warned that there is no dedicated storage area in Squarespace. Your data will be scattered across various parts of the site, which can make it difficult to keep track of.

If you want to store things off of your site, you can use an external storage service like Dropbox or Google Drive. You can also use a service like Amazon S3 to host your files.

If you want to keep your files on your own computer, you can use an FTP client like Filezilla to upload them to your server.

The bottom line is that there are many options for storage in Squarespace. You just need to decide what works best for you and your site.
