How Do I Email UpWork Support?

If you’re a freelancer on UpWork, you may need to contact customer support for various reasons. Maybe you’re having trouble with your account, or you need help with billing or payments. Whatever the reason, it’s easy to email UpWork support.

Here’s how:

First, log in to your account on UpWork.com. Then, click on the Help icon at the top of the page. A drop-down menu will appear; from there, click on “Contact Support.”

On the next page, select the reason why you’re contacting customer support from the drop-down menu. Then, enter a brief description of your issue in the box provided. When you’re finished, click “Continue.”

On the next page, you’ll be given the option to either start a live chat or submit a ticket. If you choose to submit a ticket, you’ll be asked to provide some additional information about your issue; once you’ve done that, click “Submit.”

That’s it! Customer support will receive your ticket and will get back to you as soon as possible.
