How do I stop WordPress from redirecting?

If you are experiencing WordPress redirecting issues, there are a few solutions you can try. One solution is to disable the automatic redirection feature in WordPress. To do this, access the WordPress Settings page and scroll down to the Plugins section.

Find the “Redirect Redirections” plugin and disable it. This will stop WordPress from redirecting any URLs automatically.

PRO TIP: If you are experiencing redirects on your WordPress site, it is important to first determine whether the redirects are happening on the front-end or back-end of your site. If the redirects are happening on the front-end, it is most likely due to a plugin or theme conflict. If the redirects are happening on the back-end, it could be due to a number of issues, including but not limited to: incorrect settings in your .htaccess file, an issue with your hosting provider, or a problem with your WordPress installation. Regardless of the cause, it is important to seek help from a qualified WordPress developer in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Another solution is to use a custom redirect script. This script can be placed into your WordPress plugin or theme and will handle all of the redirection for you.

The script will also keep track of which URLs have been redirected and which have not, so that you can keep track of which pages are being redirected and which are not.

If you are experiencing WordPress redirecting issues and you cannot solve the issue yourself, you can always contact WordPress support for help. They will be able to assist you with disabling the automatic redirection feature, using a custom redirect script, or troubleshooting the issue on your own.
