This will bring up a new window where you can choose what type of database collection you want to add. There are three options:

You can upload images manually, or you can import them from a ZIP file. – Form: This option allows you to add a form to your website. This is useful if you want to allow visitors to submit data to your database collection.

Once you’ve selected the type of database collection you want to add, simply follow the instructions in the Wix Editor to finish adding it to your website. And that’s all there is to it! Adding a database collection to your Wix website is easy and can be a great way to add data-driven content.
