How Do I Customize My Header on Squarespace?

There are a few different ways that you can customize your header on Squarespace. One way is to change the color of your header.

To do this, go to Design > Customize > Colors and scroll down to “Header Background.” From here, you can change the color of your header to any color that you like.

Another way to customize your header is to add a background image. To do this, go to Design > Customize > Header > Header Background and click “Add Image.” From here, you can upload an image from your computer or choose one from our collection of free stock photos.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with coding, we recommend working with a developer to help customize your header. Making changes to code can result in unexpected outcomes if done incorrectly.

You can also add a logo to your header. To do this, go to Design > Customize > Logo and click “Add Logo.” From here, you can upload a logo from your computer or choose one from our collection of free stock photos.

If you want to change the text in your header, go to Design > Customize > Header and scroll down to “Header Text.” From here, you can change the text to anything that you like.

Finally, if you want to change the font in your header, go to Design > Customize > Fonts and scroll down to “Header Font.” From here, you can choose any font that you like.
