Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 4:50 am

There are a few different ways that you can go about freezing a header in Squarespace. One way is to use the Pinned Header feature.

This can be found in the Site Styles section under the Header tab. Once you enable this feature, your header will be “pinned” to the top of the screen as you scroll down.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that freezing a header in Squarespace can cause issues with the site’s responsive design. We recommend only doing this if you are confident in your ability to troubleshoot any potential problems.

Another way to freeze your header is to use the Sticky Header feature. This can also be found in the Site Styles section, but under the Layout tab. Once you enable this feature, your header will “stick” to the top of the screen as you scroll down.

Either of these methods should work well for freezing your header on Squarespace.

The best way to freeze a header on Squarespace is to use the Pinned Header feature. This can be found in the Site Styles section under the Header tab.
